Proof of Payment.

Proposed a way for a wallet to prove it made a past payment, so the payment could act as a ticket or key.

The BIP gives examples such as using it as the key to a pre-paid hotel room, or a video rental watched on any device. The proof is made on demand, can be used only once, and shows you hold the keys behind the payment, without sharing a name, password or email address.
