Terms of use.

UTXOHub is operated by Symmetric Labs Ltd, UK company number 17151399. Our registered office and contact details are on this page. These terms cover the website, API, interface for AI assistants and transaction-broadcast tool. By using them, you agree to these terms.

You can browse, look up public Bitcoin information and use our API or AI-assistant interface without an account. Automated access is welcome within our published limits: 60 requests a minute from each IP address to the API and AI-assistant interface, and a separate 60 a minute to payment, address and block pages, badges and cards. We answer requests over a limit with an error (HTTP 429). Do not bypass security controls, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. We may restrict access that causes harm or interferes with other visitors.

We do not provide a wallet, hold funds or ask for passwords, private keys or recovery words. Your wallet remains under your control.

We show public blockchain and network data, with explanations and estimates. Data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Fee suggestions and waiting times are estimates, not guarantees. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

Check the receiving address, amount and confirmations before relying on a payment. Your wallet can help you identify payments belonging to you. A transaction waiting for confirmation may be replaced or dropped; seeing it on UTXOHub does not guarantee it will confirm.

The broadcast tool submits a transaction you have already signed. Check the destination, amount and fee in your wallet before submitting it. You authorise us to send it to our Bitcoin data provider for broadcast. We cannot sign it for you, change its payment details or undo a confirmed payment.

Acceptance by a node is not confirmation. An unconfirmed transaction may be replaced or dropped, and a connection failure can leave its status uncertain. Check its payment ID before trying again. We cannot guarantee acceptance, confirmation or a confirmation time.

We may change features or pause parts of the service for maintenance, faults or security. We cannot promise uninterrupted access. Telegram alerts can arrive late or not at all, and stop after seven days, so check a payment's page before relying on it. Bitcoin data providers, Telegram, linked websites and AI assistants are separate services with their own terms. Our privacy policy explains how requests and personal data are handled.

We take reasonable care with the service, but its data and estimates have the limits described above. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses such as lost profit arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unchanged.

If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections under the law where you live and any right to bring a claim in your local courts. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version, which applies to your use from that date. Changes do not alter rights or claims that arose under an earlier version.
