OP_CHECKHASHVERIFY (CHV).

Proposed a new script command, CHECKHASHVERIFY, to let the person receiving coins set the rules for spending them.

Like pay-to-script-hash, the aim was to let a sender pay to a short, fixed-length code however complex the receiver's spending rules are. It was put forward to replace BIP 12 and BIP 16, which tackled the same problem.
