Segwit Output Script Descriptors.

Defines how descriptors write the two segwit address types, one for a single key and one for a script.

Segwit added two standard formats: one paying to the hash of a single public key, and one paying to the hash of a script. This BIP gives descriptors, the text that records which addresses a wallet uses, a way to name them, including when they are wrapped inside an older pay-to-script-hash address.
