Proposed a key layout for the shared, multi-key wallets used by 'voting pools', whose members hold deposits together.

From one seed, it gave each currency and each 'series' of deposits its own branch of keys. Spreading deposits across series let most of their private keys stay offline, with only a small part brought online to pay withdrawals.
