Defines a short way to write down which key-tree paths a wallet or signing device will accept.

Wallets lay out their keys differently, which makes moving between them hard. A path template states which paths are allowed, so software can describe its own layout, and a device can refuse unexpected paths, such as sending change to an address the sender cannot spend from.
