Mt. Gox moves from bankruptcy to civil rehabilitation
At the request of some creditors, the Tokyo District Court put Mt. Gox into civil rehabilitation, which stopped its bankruptcy. In bankruptcy, customers' claims to bitcoin would have been turned into money claims valued in 2014; in rehabilitation they stayed claims to bitcoin.
