Court rules for Grayscale against the SEC
A US appeals court ruled that the SEC's rejection of Grayscale's plan to turn its bitcoin trust into a spot bitcoin ETF, a fund holding bitcoin itself, was "arbitrary and capricious", because the SEC had approved similar bitcoin futures funds without explaining the difference. The court cancelled the SEC's order.
