Find the transaction ID in the sender's app

Open the payment's details in the wallet or service that sent it. The ID may be called Transaction ID, TXID or Hash, or sit behind a link such as View in explorer.

Before you act

Copy the full 64-character ID, not an order or withdrawal reference.
If you are receiving, ask the sender for it.
A Lightning payment will not appear as its own Bitcoin transaction.
