Check the ID, the network and the sender before sending again

A missing result means our provider did not return that transaction; it is not a verdict about your money. The payment may never have been broadcast, may have been replaced, or the provider may have a data problem.

Follow the missing-transaction checks

Before you act

  • Check the full ID, and that the sender used Bitcoin's main network, not Lightning or a test network.
  • Ask the sender whether their wallet or service shows the payment as sent.
  • If UTXOHub reports a data problem, try again later; that is separate from a missing payment.
  • Do not send a second independent payment just because the first is missing: both could confirm.
