Est3lar.
A private miner that found four Bitcoin blocks in October 2025, mining on its own rather than in a pool, and doesn’t say who runs it.
About Est3lar
Est3lar isn’t a pool that others can join. It found four Bitcoin blocks between 20 and 28 October 2025 by running ckpool, software for running a mining poolMining poolA group of miners who share the work of finding blocks and split the rewards, so each gets paid steadily instead of rarely., for its own machines only. The developer of ckpool called it “a large mining entity not mining in a pool”. It hasn’t found a block since.
Each of its blocks paid the whole reward to one Est3lar address in the block’s first transaction. That reward is separate from the transactions confirmed inside the block. The blocks are tagged “mined by Tether/Est3lar”.
Its website, now offline, described Est3lar in Portuguese as a company offering modular data centres powered by renewable energy. It named no company or people.

When it mined
Share of all mining over time
Weekly estimatesPeak 0.3%, in the week of 27 Oct 2025
Every week the pool found blocks, as its share of all Bitcoin mining. Estimates come from observed blocks, rather than a direct reading of the pool’s machines.

Select a block to see its transactionsWhat this means for your payment
When a block containing your payment joins the Bitcoin blockchain, your payment gets its first confirmation. Later blocks add confirmations, whichever pool finds them. The pool name does not identify the sender or recipient of your payment.
Sources and how to read the data
Background comes from the sources below. Activity comes from the mempool-compatible API used by UTXOHub. Pool names are attributed using block tags and known reward addresses; they are not proof of an individual miner’s identity and may be incomplete or incorrect.
