Client Side Block Filtering.

Lets light wallets check each block for their payments using small filters from full nodes, keeping more of their activity private.

Light wallets don't download every block, so they ask full nodes for help. An older method made them reveal what they were looking for and put a load on nodes. Here a node sends a small filter for each block, the wallet checks it itself, and downloads the whole block only when it might hold its payments.
