Would set a standard file format for moving the labels people add in one wallet over to another.

Wallets let people tag payments, addresses and coins with notes, such as where money came from. These labels help avoid privacy leaks when spending, but there was no common way to move them. This format, which also records coins marked as frozen, would let people switch wallets without losing them.
