combo() Output Script Descriptors.

Defines combo(), a descriptor that takes one key and covers the standard address types older wallets made from it.

Older wallets kept a list of keys and watched several address types for each. To ease the move to descriptor-based wallets, combo() takes one key and produces pay to public key and pay to public key hash scripts, plus two segwit forms when the key is in compressed form.
