Defines raw() and addr(), which let a descriptor wrap any script or any address exactly as it is.

Not every coin uses a pattern that descriptors have a name for. These two catch-alls let a wallet describe any output script, written as hex, or any address, so descriptor-based software stays compatible with the scripts already in use.
