Proposed a message letting light wallets ask a node whether particular coins are still unspent.

Every full node keeps a list of unspent coins to catch double spending. This message would have let apps without that list ask a node directly, for example to check a pledge had not been spent elsewhere. Nothing proved the answers were true, so a dishonest node could give wrong results.
