Lets wallets swap fresh payment addresses privately, with encrypted payment requests and an optional sender identity.

It extends the BIP 70 payment protocol. The sender can choose to sign their request so the receiver knows who is asking, and the reply is encrypted so only the two parties can read it. This lets a wallet keep an address book and fetch a new address for each payment, avoiding address reuse.
