FTX halts withdrawals and files for bankruptcy, 2022
4 years ago. The crypto exchange FTX paused all customer withdrawals on 8 November and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Delaware on 11 November. Chapter 11 is the US process that shields a company from creditors while it reorganises or sells its assets.
