Bitcoin confirmed but not received: check your deposit

A confirmed transaction reached a Bitcoin block. The receiving wallet or service may still need a separate check.

1. Match the receiving address and amount

Open the transaction and find the output with your complete receiving address. Compare its bitcoin amount with the deposit you expected. The total across every output may include other recipients and change. Check the address against the original request or the receiving service’s own deposit record.

Why the received amount can be lower

2. Check deposit requirements and service status

One confirmation does not mean that an exchange has credited your account. Check its current confirmation threshold, supported network, minimum deposit and deposit instructions. If the receiving output is below a published minimum, the service may not credit it automatically; follow its official guidance. Requirements differ by service and can change. Check its official status page, if available, for deposit delays or interruptions when the transaction meets those requirements but the balance is still missing.

3. If you control the receiving wallet

Check that you are viewing the intended wallet, account and network, then let the wallet finish syncing. A single address lookup is not your whole wallet balance. If the address or amount does not match, ask the sender to check their payment details rather than assuming the explorer’s total is your deposit.

What to send to support

Use the wallet or exchange’s official support route. Include the transaction ID, receiving address, expected amount, actual receiving-output amount, approximate time and the confirmation count you can see. Your payment’s page on UTXOHub prepares these details for you: open it, mark your output and copy its support summary. These payment details can reveal financial activity, so share them privately with the service. Never provide recovery words or private keys. UTXOHub cannot credit an exchange account or recover a payment.
