Proposed a way to create a payment address from the terms of a contract, so both sides can prove who was paid and what for.

Shops and customers usually rely on invoices and receipts. This set out how an invoice plus the merchant's extended public key could produce a one-off address. The address looks like any other on the blockchain, and spending from it needs both the contract and the merchant's private key.
