Bits Denomination.

Defines 'bits' as a name for 100 satoshis, a millionth of a bitcoin, to make small amounts easier to read.

Small amounts written in bitcoin need many decimal places, which makes it easy to be out by a factor of ten. In bits, any amount needs at most two decimal places. Apps are encouraged to offer bits, but nothing obliges them to switch.
