Would let nodes pass on a payment together with the unconfirmed payments it depends on, so they're judged as a group.

A node judges each payment on its own fee. A low-fee payment can be turned away even when a later payment spending it pays enough for both. Sharing them as a package would make fee bumping, such as CPFP, more reliable, which matters for Lightning and similar protocols.
