BIP-352

Silent Payments.

Finished

Lets someone share one reusable address while each payment to it lands at a new, unlinkable address on the blockchain.

Staying private normally means a fresh address for every payment, which means talking to the sender first. With silent payments, the sender's wallet works out a unique Taproot address from the receiver's public code, so outsiders can't tie payments together. The receiver's wallet has to scan the blockchain to find them.
