Bitcoin withdrawal pending with no transaction ID
A withdrawal that says pending with no transaction ID most likely hasn’t left the exchange yet. Only the exchange can send it, so ask its support.
What pending with no transaction ID means
A Bitcoin payment gets its transaction ID when it is made and signed, and anyone can look it up once it has been sent to the network. So if your withdrawal says Pending, Processing, Created or Pending review and shows no ID, the request is most likely still inside the exchange or app. Services can hold a withdrawal while they check it, for example for security, before they send it. Nothing on the Bitcoin network is holding it up, so there is nothing to look up and nothing to speed up yet. Some apps never show the ID, even after sending; if yours doesn’t, ask its support for it.
Only the exchange can send it
UTXOHub, other explorers and miners can’t see a withdrawal that hasn’t been sent, and nobody else can move it. Contact the exchange or app through its own website or app, not through a link, number or account that someone sends you. Give the withdrawal’s date and time, the amount, the status it shows, any withdrawal or reference number, and the receiving address you entered, in full. Ask whether the withdrawal has been sent to the Bitcoin network, and if it has, for its transaction ID. Support never needs your recovery words or private keys.
When an ID appears, look it up
Once the withdrawal is sent, the app shows a transaction ID, sometimes called TXID or Hash, or a link to an explorer. Copy the whole ID and paste it into UTXOHub’s search. The payment’s page says whether it is waiting for a block or confirmed, and lists every address and amount it paid. An exchange may send several customers’ withdrawals in one payment, so find your own address among the outputs. If the payment is still waiting, it is now on the network, and the guide to unconfirmed payments explains what happens next.

Posts about a stuck withdrawal attract replies and messages from people offering to recover, unlock or speed it up, or claiming to be the exchange’s support team. The US Federal Trade Commission warns that people who contact you offering to get crypto back for a fee are scammers, and that paying them or giving them your account details only loses more money. Only the exchange can release your withdrawal. Never give anyone your recovery words, private keys or password, and don’t pay anyone a fee to release it.
