Find your Bitcoin transaction ID in Trezor Suite
Open your Bitcoin payment in Trezor Suite and copy its TX ID. Use that ID to check the payment’s status.
Desktop and web instructions, checked against Trezor’s documentation and Suite v26.9.3 source. Mobile screens may differ.
1. Open the Bitcoin account
In the Suite app or web version you normally use, select the wallet and Bitcoin account involved in the payment. Find its transaction history in the account overview. Use the amount and date to locate the entry.
2. Select the payment
Open the transaction row to see its details. Find the field labelled TX ID. The account name, receiving address and transaction ID identify different things; use the TX ID for this lookup.
- Account
- Bitcoin #1This names an account inside your wallet.
- TX ID
- 7f3a…9c41Copy this field in Suite. The example ID is shortened here.
- Amount
- 0.003 BTCThis helps you recognise the payment.
3. Copy the full ID
Use the copy icon beside TX ID. Suite’s copy control copies the complete identifier, even when the displayed value is shortened. A Bitcoin transaction ID has 64 hexadecimal characters: digits and letters from a to f. Avoid retyping it or copying a value containing an ellipsis.
4. Check it in UTXOHub
Open payment search, paste the ID and submit it. Compare the complete receiving address and its bitcoin amount with the original payment request. Read the current status and follow any replacement to its new ID. A transaction total can include change or other recipients.
Open payment searchIf you cannot find the transaction
Work through these checks before assuming the payment failed:
- Check the selected wallet, Bitcoin account and network. The history of one account does not cover every account you may use.
- If an exchange or another person sent it, ask them for the Bitcoin transaction ID. A withdrawal reference is not necessarily a transaction ID.
- If the copy control is missing or the layout differs, use Trezor’s current instructions below. Do not enter recovery words or private keys into a help page or explorer.
This walkthrough uses public payment details only. Never share recovery words or private keys to copy or check a TX ID.
